Budapest

This summer I decided I wanted to spend more time enjoying life. So we took a week to visit Budapest, where I once lived. As usual, time sweetens the memory of the way things were.

The food wasn’t nearly as good as I remembered. Not as cheap either, but that is more understandable. Otherwise, it was a marvellous week of walking about, seeing very old and dilapidated stuff and taking pictures. And book shopping of course. Lovely old book stores smelling of books and tea.

Last days of Winter

A couple of weeks ago we went out to take some pictures at the park just before the end of Winter. Probably one of the warmest winters ever. As I've been very busy this year, I didn't have the time to go through the pictures until earlier this week. Here they are.

Mallards.

Karina's new toy.

She does that.

Old couple strolling.

Last days in the desert.

At the Liebesbrücke.
