Changes

Our species is not really into changes. We're creatures of habit, guided by inertia. We avoid them when we can, and we complain when they come. But sometimes we'll seek it. We're so fed up and burnt out we actually need change. We're in a downward spiral of hell. Sometimes it's not that dramatic, sometimes it's just something small, something itchy. At first we don't really mind. But as days turn to weeks and weeks turn to months, itch turns to wound. We're faced with a decision. We can change away from the source of the itch, or we can scratch it until we hit the bone.

Using grouped UITableView background as progress bar

I just finished open sourcing (is that a word?) a component. Let's say your app has a download list of some sort. Let's say it's a list of images. And you wanted to use a stylised grouped UITableView as your download list. And you wanted to use that nice rounded background Apple provides by default as a progress bar. How would you do it?
